YAY FOR DRAWING WHEN I SHOULD TOTALLY BE DOING OTHER THINGS D:

..sorry to everyone to whom I owe trades and FP dog commissions. It's been a long week, and when I'm swamped with work I tend to let drawings that I do for myself take precedence over art I do for other people. (you're lucky I do, by the way, because if I didn't, I'd go insane very quickly.)

Anyway. quick drawing/speedpaint of a new character. Meet Minx! I made her up for a lipsync exercise (starring her and Matsi the cat doing a scene from A Knight's Tale, I'll upload that when it's finished ;P) and I've grown rather fond of her. She's a Turkish Angora - which are immensely gorgeous cats, by the by - and personality-wise she's cool and refined but a bit of a tease when it comes to toms. I'm considering making her a RP character on Oak Hills or putting her up for adoption there, I really like her =D

xD I'm pretty much the same way...I have a trade and a request to do...but just keep draw art for me instead, when really I shouldn't even be drawing at all, but doing schoolwork instead^^;

how you achieve such a soft watercolor appearance on computer is beyond me :clap: i love this characterand her thick floofy tail, very well drawn!

Hooray! At least you drew a cat in your works, I think the cat artworks are getting rare in DA whereas the lions *cough Disney TLK style cough* and dogs are far too common.
One question...can she get along with the dog characters when they are friendly with her?
Anyway, great art for the cat!
