mmkay. I really wasn't getting any inspiration to do a comic for Toy, so I decided to write it out as a story first and then maybe in future I can finish the comic. I'd rather have the story so I can iron out things as I go anyway, and writing and drawing come to me more naturally separately rather than together. hehs.

right, since my 100themes were supposed to be themed around the Toy characters too, I figured Introduction was a nice place to kickstart both things. illustrated above is Muffy's arrival at.... whateverstreet to her new home, and her first meeting with Kitson the Yorkie. you can read about all that here: [link]

(yes I know the floortiles and perspective are screwed. bleh. there's no ruler on the computer, and the line tool is a pain in the butt.)

heehee, yup, Yorkshire Terrier! they were originally bred to be real ratting terriers, so they're tough little dogs. rather different as to what their stereotype is now.

Haha, just goes to show how Yorkies really are terriers - and terriers have serious attitude!
On another note... which program were you using? I think PS has horizontal ruler guidlines and/or grids you can use?

I was using PS, actually... but I don't know my way around many of the PS tools just enough to get by. o.o

Lol it may be worth looking in to, then. I never realised there was a tool like that in the GIMP til I accidentally dragged a marker down from the side of the page. It was wonderful really, since it allowed me to create parallel lines for my comic!
